BRAZIL, A KEY COUNTRY
Brazil has many advantages making it an attractive country for bioeconomy stakeholders: competitively priced and abundant biomass, rich in biodiversity, major businesses innovating in the sector, a large consumer market…
BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
Members of the B4C Brasil network are invited to a number of Brazilian events organised by the Cluster. These include the Encontro B4C Brasil business convention, an event dedicated to the bioeconomy and part of the Bioeconomy For Change’s annual Brazil Mission. The convention is enjoying growing success, allowing French stakeholders to schedule multiple B2B meetings with Brazilian decision-makers working in the field of innovation. In addition, there are numerous conferences and workshops where B4C Brasil network members are put forward as speakers.
The Encontro B4C Brasil annual business convention is reserved for members of the B4C Brasil network.
The B4C Brasil network has helped us to better understand the Brazilian market (in particular the cosmetics and natural products sectors), guiding our decisions on collaborations and acquisitions. The network helped Givaudan understand the importance of investing in Brazil, a country with business interests across Latin America and led to the acquisition of the nutrition-cosmetics-flavours division of Centroflora.
